As an experienced educator with a passion for effective leadership, I am excited about the opportunity to continue my professional growth and development. I have found that my ability to adapt and respond to changing circumstances proved to be essential in providing high quality education, as I share with and support my colleagues collaboratively as a team to ensure that our students are consistently protected, inspired, and motivated to achieve their best. Given the opportunity to become a Senior Teacher, it is my intention to provide a sustainable set of leadership skills.
