Summary

I believe that the enrichment and holistic development of students in the formative years is critical to setting the foundation for successful learners. As such, I must ensure that my practice encompasses authentic, varied and engaging strategies which encourage student learning and allow those in my care to realize their full potential. As an educator I believe that I must be constantly evolving and seeking to improve myself both personally and professionally. This outlook is at the forefront of my interactions with students and colleagues and is one that I bring to bear in my approach to teaching and guiding young lives.
