I had to create the concept of the Spa, furnish it with soft furnishings and Spa equipment, choose the product line and create their own Aqua Spa at Sweetfield product line, create the Spa menu combining it with the offerings from Prive restaurant, recommended ways to market the Spa. Hired The Spa Manager and therapists, purchased the Spa Uniforms.
