
Project Administration & Coordination
Provide administrative, financial, and operational support for the implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of development projects and programme activities.
Support project execution through financial processing, procurement coordination, document management, and compliance with organisational procedures.
Process payment requests, financial advances, and supporting documentation in accordance with project and donor requirements.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, missions, and stakeholder consultations across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
Maintain project records, filing systems, and document control procedures to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Support project-related travel logistics, field missions, and operational coordination activities.
Liaise with implementing partners, Project Steering Committee members, consultants, and stakeholders to facilitate project implementation.
Assist with the preparation of project documentation, briefing materials, meeting reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Monitoring, Reporting & Data Management
Collect, organise, and maintain project-related data and information for reporting and monitoring purposes.
Support monitoring of project activities, timelines, deliverables, and implementation milestones.
Maintain project records and information systems using UNDP corporate platforms.
Assist in preparing reports and tracking project implementation activities and expenditures.
Procurement & Operational Support
Support procurement and contract administration activities in compliance with UNDP procedures.
Maintain procurement and financial records in line with organisational policies and audit requirements.
Support the preparation, organisation, and distribution of contracts, procurement documentation, financial records, and official correspondence.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
Coordinate communication and engagement with stakeholders, implementing partners, consultants, and project teams.
Support stakeholder engagement and communication strategies for development initiatives.
Maintain records of programme communications and information dissemination activities.
Provide executive-support to the United Nations Development Programme Resident Representative (RR) and Deputy Resident Representative (DRR)
· Maintenance of the supervisor’s calendar, contacts with high-ranking visitors, arrangement of appointments and meetings, acting as an interpreter when required and/or taking minutes.
· Maintenance of protocol procedures.
· Preparation of high-quality briefing materials for supervisor for appointments, meetings, missions.
· Management of RR/DRR missions and representation schedule.
· Maintenance of rosters of high-level partners, telephone lists.
· Preparation of correspondence, directives, comments on behalf of RR/DRR for his/her signature and making follow-up when required.
· Maintenance of the filing system ensuring safekeeping of confidential materials. Use of automated filing system.
· Coordination of the information flow in the office, follow up on circulation files.
· Follow up on deadlines, commitments made, actions taken and coordination of collection and submission of the reports to RR/DRR.

Project management and programme administration professional with over 15 years of experience supporting international development initiatives, financial administration, procurement coordination, stakeholder engagement, and executive operations within multilateral and diplomatic environments. Currently supporting project implementation at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), including project coordination, monitoring support, financial processing, procurement administration, reporting, and partner engagement across regional development initiatives. Demonstrated experience in donor-funded programme operations, compliance monitoring, records management, and disbursement support. Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills with academic training in Economics, Accounting, and E-Governance, complemented by certification in Project Management.
