• LAN/WAN Support: Both at Island Heritage and LEX Caribbean I was responsible for both local and remote sites. At Lex Caribbean all responsibilities for the site-to-site VPNs was solely my responsibility, as well as monitoring and maintaining the LAN for a company which relies very heavily on technologies.
• Reporting and implementation: Responsible for giving quarterly and yearly reports on the infrastructure and implemented a new system life cycle program. Spearheaded the implementation of Thin Client and VDI environment, which included training for staff, as well user quick reference guides and documentation. Further, at Island Heritage I was lead on two major software changes, which included training of staff on different levels in the organization. These were a change to the organization's antivirus and security protocols, as well as a migration from Microsoft Sharepoint 2013.
