I am a mature and enthusiastic individual with a positive work attitude and dedicated work ethic. I possess not only excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, but I am also versatile, highly organized, able to multitask and thrive in demanding fast-paced environments. In previous years I have been working at a small variety shop. I have also been under the employment of Dippers Beach Bar, where I got a first-hand experience of being a waitress/food server and chef’s assistant. After working for an extended amount of time, I was trusted with the duty of cleaning both the bar, restaurant, and the kitchen as well, which was another experience I would’ve gained in the process. I have also been granted the opportunity for the past year to gain the experience of customer service first hand, which has helped me greatly with my problem-solving skills and understanding how to handle difficult customers, because I have also worked with the company Km2 Solutions for one year and it has been an eye-opening experience that I was thankful for, because now my customer service skills have been tremendously improved. In the past, I have also previously worked at Mimosas located in the gap and it has been another great opportunity I have been granted because I began waitressing and currently I have gaining experience in bartending, in hostessing and as a kitchen assistant for the past year that I have worked there. I have also been employed at Paul Owens Restaurants working as a food and beverage server as well as hostessing.
