As a Food Safety Supervisor at Mr. Seafood in Berlin, a specialty seafood store opened by Australian entrepreneur Mr. Omar Raad in late 2019, I played a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. My responsibilities included overseeing the handling, storage, and preparation of a variety of seafood products, conducting regular inspections, and training staff on food safety protocols. Leveraging my Food Hygiene Proficiency Certificate from Finland, I was instrumental in maintaining the establishment's reputation for quality and safety until its closure in January 2024.

During my transition to Germany, I volunteered at Tafel in Schwerin. Tafel is a (Food Bank) that collects nearly expired food from markets across Germany and distributes it to poor and unemployed individuals at minimal cost. This experience further enhanced my skills in food handling and safety, and allowed me to contribute to the community by ensuring the proper distribution of safe and nutritious food to those in need.

As a Food Service Professional at Prisma Supermarket in Helsinki, I was responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of food products, with a strong focus on maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety. My role was critical in promoting general food safety and complying with Finnish food regulations.
