· Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of energy law contracts for Solar- PV Projects (e.g. LLA, Co- Development Agreement, Service Agreement, EPC)

· Management of energy law contracts from various jurisdictions, in particular German, Polish and Italian

· Active participation on a daily basis in the development of Solar- PV Projects in Poland

· Active participation in obtaining permits, e.g. environmental decision, preliminary building permit and grid connection

· Active ongoing cooperation with third parties, e.g. landowners

· Cross- team working on a daily basis

· Coordination of work with external parties (e.g. notary and tax offices )

· Comprehensive legal services for a start up offering SaaS platform (sole Inhouse lawyer)

· Drafting and negotiation of SaaS contracts

· Drafting and negotiation of GDPR contracts

· Advice on any data protection matters

· Prepare updates to the GTC, SLA, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy templates

· Ongoing work in English, German and Polish - contracts based on Irish, German and Polish jurisdictions

· Day-to-day legal advice

· Preparation and drafting of commercial contracts, including IT contracts,

· Leading contract negotiations, representing Clients on meetings and calls and effectively advocating Client’s contractual position,

· Regular representation of clients at court trials at local, district and appellate courts, in civil, commercial, family and criminal cases

· Building and developing independent strong, trust-based relationships with clients - natural and legal persons

· Preparation and drafting of commercial contracts, including solar energy contracts

· Preparation of legal opinions

· Day-to-day support of Client’s stakeholders in decision making and negotiations with counterparties

· Legal representation in court proceedings, including District, Regional and Court of Appeal; management of civil, business, family and criminal cases

· Legal representation before law enforcement agencies

· Independent rapport building with Polish and foreign clients

· Drafting of pleadings and other procedural documents pertaining to civil, family, business, bankruptcy and criminal

· Complex legal services for international corporate clients

· Client`s legal representative at all court types
