I offer extensive administrative assistance to the Executive Director and Compete Caribbean Partnership Facility (CCPF) team. I play a pivotal role in the human resources, procurement process and contract management, handling tasks such as requesting and processing contracts for consultants, managing human resources functions for CCPF team members, including coordinating interviews, requesting contracts, overseeing onboarding processes for new team members and managing leave and any other day to day HR functions. Additionally, I support team members with mission clearances, travel arrangements, and event coordination, actively contributing to the design and execution of various activities. Finally, I oversee the distribution of information between the Facility and its donors and partners, ensuring the establishment and maintenance of effective communication channels.

Provided organizational and planning assistance to streamline the effective management of activities coordinated by the project unit. Established and upheld administrative processes and procedures to enhance the unit's operations. Orchestrated administrative and logistical details for project meetings, technical sessions, workshops, and seminars. Supported the Programme Manager in maintaining organized files for the project unit and managed the preparation and dispatch of essential correspondence. Actively nurtured positive relationships with stakeholders and partners on behalf of the Programme Manager. Drafted routine correspondence responses and acknowledgments. Additionally, delivered comprehensive support for Human Resources, overseeing leave administration, staffing, recruitment, health insurance, benefits administration, work visas and contract preparation. Played a role in facilities management, handling negotiation, preparation, and upkeep of service agreements. Managed all procurement activities for the Agency, including travel arrangements, in adherence to policies and donor guidelines. Provided logistical and administrative support for meetings, including budget preparation and report generation also coordinated all activities related to the clearance of duty free items inclusive of preparation of relevant letters and coordination with Customs Brokers. Contributed significantly to planning efforts for the Caribbean Conference on Comprehensive Disaster Management by Chairing the Logistics Sub-Committee. Provided secretarial support to the Office of the Executive Director in the absence of his Executive Secretary.
