I have an in-depth knowledge of general repairs as well as exposure to new system installations while giving consideration to business-oriented perspectives. I am familiar with many facets of design, construction and implementation with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.

- Setting out of structure for excavation
- Backfill and compaction of site with specified subgrade and base fill materials
- Aggregate integrity compaction test
- Setting out of footings, formwork, structural steel fabrication and inspection and coordination of concrete pours.
- Scheduling pre and post concrete integrity test.

- Mount Gay Distilleries Storage Bonds in St. Lucy, Barbados.
- 2nr. residential villas at Royal Westmoreland St. James, Barbados.

The Kensington Oval: Temporary Spectator Stand erection
St. Winifred's School: Main entrance & car park refurbishment
Assistant setting out engineer reporting directly to Chief Surveyor:
- This included identifying trees to be preserved and transplanted
- Clearing and leveling of the site
- Setting out location for foundation drainage system
- Setting out of piles for foundation footings
- Setting out of foundations, coordination of major concrete pours for floors, stairwells, walls and roofing structures and any provisions for services within.
