As a fitness and sports enthusiast, my personal values are grounded in hard work, perseverance and commitment to any task I undertake. These traits have served as the foundation of many of my accomplishments. The experience and discipline I gained through preparation for and participation in international sporting championships, and the skills and knowledge acquired through practicum coursework and physical team activities, have positioned me to make the transition to a career in health & well-being, resource analysis and management. My interests are producing high-efficiency systems to optimize human performance in sport and life itself. My goal is to be counted as a change agent in my every endeavor — whether corporate, governmental, academic or clinical.
