Summary

I would describe myself as a versatile and empathetic professional with a proven track record in compassionate care and stress management, across roles from a Care Assistant, to a Paralegal.

Throughout all my experience I believe I have excelled in multitasking and organization, significantly enhancing client/resident satisfaction and effectively communicating and providing a service to all walks of life. I have transferable skills both written and verbal communication, whilst understanding the importance of addressing complex needs with sensitivity and understanding.

Whilst working at CL Medilaw, as a team, we also took part in a Charity Absiel in Birmingham to raise money for NICE - a movement disorder charity.
