My duties involved managing a team of 21 technical workers; 12 production workers in the manufacturing plant and 9 installation technicians for the solar hot water systems.


Provide engineering consultations on new projects and equipment; the company was starting to diversify its operation by adding new products such as PV standalone systems, building integrated PV systems, solar generators, solar pool heaters, sewage treatment equipment and atmospheric water generators.


I worked closely with customer service and the sales team in directing them on technical issues


I was also in daily consultation with the CEO on developing and implementing new products and ideas.

I was responsible for managing the maintenance team of 9 technicians which included; plumbers, painters, AC technicians, general workers. I was also responsible for working with and managing contractors that would be required to perform maintenance on specific equipment, these contractors include; welders, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, construction workers, refrigeration experts.

Worked as the Engineer on a pilot project to estimate non-revenue water for the Barbados Water Authority. The Christ Church water catchment was use as a pilot to estimate and educate on the efficiency of water produce, utilized and wasted. Engineering methodologies and equipment were utilized to determine an accurate result than can then be extrapolated to the wider system.


I also manage the Community Tanks Projects in conjunction with the BWA. Consulting BWA and persons in various water scarce communities and installing tank systems to provide relief.


I also worked as the health and safety engineer on the demolition of the Sunset Crest Massy.
