My duties involved managing a team of 21 technical workers; 12 production workers in the manufacturing plant and 9 installation technicians for the solar hot water systems.

Worked as the Engineer on a pilot project to estimate non-revenue water for the Barbados Water Authority. The Christ Church water catchment was use as a pilot to estimate and educate on the efficiency of water produce, utilized and wasted. Engineering methodologies and equipment were utilized to determine an accurate result than can then be extrapolated to the wider system.
I also manage the Community Tanks Projects in conjunction with the BWA. Consulting BWA and persons in various water scarce communities and installing tank systems to provide relief.
I also worked as the health and safety engineer on the demolition of the Sunset Crest Massy.
