My duties involved managing a team of 21 technical workers; 12 production workers in the manufacturing plant and 9 installation technicians for the solar hot water systems.

Provide engineering consultations on new projects and equipment; the company was starting to diversify its operation by adding new products such as PV standalone systems, building integrated PV systems, solar generators, solar pool heaters, sewage treatment equipment and atmospheric water generators.

I worked closely with customer service and the sales team in directing them on technical issues

I was also in daily consultation with the CEO on developing and implementing new products and ideas.

Responsible for managing and maintaining the property and equipment for the hotel, this include: all HVAC equipment and systems, electrical system, plumbing and wastewater systems, building structure, grounds, grid tie PV system, kitchen equipment.

I worked in close consultation with the General Manager and Owner; concerning refurbishment projects and budgets.

I was responsible for managing the maintenance team of 9 technicians which included; plumbers, painters, AC technicians, general workers. I was also responsible for working with and managing contractors that would be required to perform maintenance on specific equipment, these contractors include; welders, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, construction workers, refrigeration experts.

• Management of the Electrical Department which comprise of 5 sections and 25 skilled staff members including 5 supervisors.
• The Different sections were; electrical workshop, generators, UPS, Installation and maintenance, and projects.
• I worked in consultation with the Managing Directors in managing budgets and costs, and projected revenue goals and targets.
• I was responsible for managing inventory and operating equipment including vehicles and specialized tools.
• A major part of my responsibilities included Sales and consultations with clients and customers; advising and recommending new equipment, repairs and refurbishment.
• Handled negotiations with outside vendors and service agencies to meet the company's needs.

Worked as the Engineer on a pilot project to estimate non-revenue water for the Barbados Water Authority. The Christ Church water catchment was use as a pilot to estimate and educate on the efficiency of water produce, utilized and wasted. Engineering methodologies and equipment were utilized to determine an accurate result than can then be extrapolated to the wider system.

I also manage the Community Tanks Projects in conjunction with the BWA. Consulting BWA and persons in various water scarce communities and installing tank systems to provide relief.

I also worked as the health and safety engineer on the demolition of the Sunset Crest Massy.

• Manage the irrigation scheme that include water catchments and wells sources and 15 independent irrigation districts and distribution systems. I managed a technical team of 11 technicians and 3 admin staff.
• Duties included maintenance on the equipment and providing adequate water supply to all the farmers connected to the irrigation scheme. I was also responsible for billing and managing the farmers' accounts for the services provided.
• Applied engineering expertise toward development and optimization of water distribution networks.
