• Prepare annual procurement plans, using appropriate methodologies and in accordance with the operating budget, timelines for publication and contract award
• Engage in appropriate sourcing strategies; managing supplier selection and evaluation via established methods
• Ensure quality management, customer relationship management, eprocurement, performance measurement and compliance with the standards and regulations as set out by the Government of Barbados
