- Maintaining and Supporting Development/Devops pipeline. This included various task such as configuring and modifying jobs for Jenkins, adding and modifying projects/services in the pipeline, updating Ansible and ensuring that the pipeline runs smoothly.
- Providing technical support for Corporate Online Banking. Issues would usually come in form of Incident Tickets from ServiceNow, where it would be investigated and for data related problem it would be solved by creating SQL Queries and code related issues would be done via bug fixes.
- Working in Agile Scrum team environment.
- Collaborating with other teams using Corporate Online Banking's environments.
- Maintaining and supporting development environments.
- Managing and maintaining over 50 services that comprise Corporate Banking Online.
