· Responsible for the Office Manager’s key and all other company keys are accounted for, ensuring that the properties are locked down and secured whenever necessary
· Overseeing safe contents
· Management of cashier shifts in all aspects
· Accurately produce GJs payroll and associated records, handling payroll inquiries
· Ensure foreign currency deposits are accurate
· Enter GJs sales into accounts
· management and payment of Insurance policies
· Procurement of various licenses
· Check monthly charges from stores
· Assist with bank deposits
· Assist with payment collection calls
· Be backup for AQ payroll
· Assist with the business component of the real estate
· Minimize office expenses
· To be willing and able to complete all aspects of the office duties in the absence of team members
