- Developed a concept store that included a shop in shop for Alpinestars Motorcycle Gear, a Bicycle Store, a Barber Shop, and a Health Clinic with the objective of creating commercial & cost synergies.
- Accomplished Yearly sales growth of +40% annually while increasing profit margins from 32% to 44% within 2 years of opening the concept store.
- Signed a JV with On2Wheels who has a wholesale network of +450 retailers throughout the Costa Rican territory.

- Developed a Financial Services Division that offered financial services to customers who required a loan to purchase a motorcycle.
- Managed a 200+ credit portfolio of credits that summed up to $1.4m. These financial services were key for a +20% yearly growth in sales for 5 consecutive years in a row.
- Merged and acquired a local company who had DUCATI, PIAGGIO & VESPA brands with the main purpose of increasing our product portfolio, creating cost reduction synergies, and increasing market share.
- Negotiated and acquired the import rights of the KTM MOTORCYCLES brand for Costa Rica in 2018. The acquisition of this brand was key to having a complete portfolio mix of motorcycles for the Costa Rican market
- Total company Sales grew from $1.2m when it started to +$8m in a 5 year period.
- Sold my interests in the company end of 2019.
