Summary

I am a retired Senior Lecturer with over 25 years of experience in teaching management courses. I possess extensive management and resulting experience in the fields of human resources management/development, leadership, institutional strengthening, strategic planning and management in Barbados and across the Caribbean. In recent years, I have become more involved in resilience projects and developing a research agenda around resilience in developing countries of the CARICOM region and Sub-Saharan Africa. I have worked in the public, private and international sectors, and managed my own consulting company.
